strange game – the tall ships started filling up just as liverpool started – its was a half and half crowd – there were a number of occasions where i dont think anybody had a clue what was going to happen next

a friend asked why i was supporting chelsea and not liverpool – a good friend was in the bar and is a pool supporter – but as a man u fan and 2 english teams in the same game it wasnt a hard decision

to be honest though when it was about 5-4? (i could be wrong on the actual score but it was about 8 mins to go) on aggregate and liverpool had a chance of nicking it i turned round and said i dont care because it was a great game to watch

if we get a 4-4 same score in porto tomorrow i doubt i’ll have any fingers nails left but we wouldve won… if not blog might be quiet for a few days…..
